Why should beautiful things for dogs be so difficult to find?
I'm Emma, the founder of MoonRise.
Before creating MoonRise, I spent years working in luxury fashion and e-commerce — developing brands, building commercial strategies, and understanding what makes a product feel truly special, from design and materials to the details that shape the customer experience.
Then I became a dog owner, and I started looking at the world of dog products differently. I wanted things for my dog that felt beautiful, well-designed and genuinely well-made — pieces that could fit naturally into everyday life rather than looking overly playful or disposable.
But I kept running into the same problem. There were beautiful dog products that came with a very high price tag, and more affordable options that often meant compromising on design, materials, fit or quality. I felt there should be another option.
So I created MoonRise. Dogs deserve beautifully designed products — without compromising on quality, or paying a luxury markup for the label.

Our products are designed in Germany, with a love for timeless, understated aesthetics. But beautiful design is only the beginning.
We think about how a dog actually moves, how easy a piece is to put on, how it feels against their body, and whether the details genuinely make life easier for both dogs and their people. Because the best design isn't just something you can see — it's something you can feel in the way a product works.
Quality, without the unnecessary markup.
We work closely with our manufacturing partners in China, combining their production expertise with our own design and product development standards. This lets us focus our investment on what matters most: the product itself.

Inclusion also shapes how we work. We collaborate across cultures, disciplines and perspectives, bringing together independent designers and skilled makers from around the world — from hand-crafted pieces in Munich to global production partners, we choose the method that best serves each design.
